An option of going off a job when blackscreened

Main idea:
Adding a command to respawn as a civilian when black screened on a job.

Description:
The ability to choose to respawn as a civilian when you die as a government official. This will exist as a pop up when you're black screened, that asks "You are dead, would you like to leave your job? (Choose yes if you're going AFK for longer than 5 minutes). And will give you a "Yes" or "no" option.
Why should this be added:
Its really annoying when you need to go AFK but you're black screened and you need to wait to respawn. Adding a command or function, or alternatively a pop up, that allows you to either respawn as your job or respawn as a civilian.

Obviously this wouldn't be useful for mayors as its a 1 life job.


Pros:
- no more people respawning afk
- Piece of mind for people if they need to go AFK
- Removes a major vice for the playerbase and overall will slightly improve the overall quality of the server.

Cons:
- Cops could Use this to get out of a supervisor sit if they died doing something stupid.
- Could be difficult to successfully implement and code.
- The pop up interface could bug, freezing players Gmod's completely.

Edit: Reworded the title so people understand the full idea because who reads anymore amirite.

Edit 2: No the respawn won't be instant, you'll still have the death timer.

Id like to see this rather than the extended nlr or blackscreen shit. Not sure if people will play more realistically or more sweaty raindancing and spam crouching though Tbh, tofu mains wont just rush though and use more tactics as it should be. I can also just imagine people camping at PD for slots after they die

This suggestion is an option you can select to go off a job when you die, not a forced option that respawns you as civilians. I suggested cops are forced to respawn as Civs and it got denied pog.

This could also help with pd raids as cops that died in pd could go off duty to avoid being spawn killed or killed in the same situation

I don't really see how this would change the way people play as all it is doing is giving people the option to go off duty, its not letting you respawn faster or anything
