This should be very simple to do as the location of a 911 call is already tracked, it can be seen in the police computer under the latest section whenever a call is taken.

The fire alerts are automatic. Since the server is already doing that, you could have it set to trigger a siren inside the fire department whenever it makes an automatic fire alert!
