You couldn't, but if it takes so long for you to act from in your car that the message is gone, the extra time that it takes for you to hop out and check the camera really isn't crazy either. Consoles also can get very cluttered very quickly at high population (Quadruply so for staff members)...

How about you have the last 3 entries show on your screen only when the RTU officer has their speed camera out? That way it avoids visual clutter unless the officer is actively attempting to catch speeding, and you could clear it the same way you already do for the regular tag.
