@triluxmarv Did you speak to Andrew Otto regarding this situation before you carbombed the driver? I do see andrew otto repeatedly using keys on the car in the demo, so that does stand to indicate they know eachother well enough to share access.
Hitting casper tehrani there, particularly given the context I don't think is severe enough to warrant escalating to KOS. It doesn't look great, but is incidental on its own and only resulted in minor injury. They did clearly turn into the parking there afterwards. It's not great, but he did sprint out into the middle of the road, and was only visible to the driver for just over a second before the impact.

i didnt know they knew each other and were friends but he ran over casper then ran over andrew then boxed em in like that has to be kos

all i seen was a mini hit casper then hit andrew blocked him in and was saying we aint gonna do nothing about it like how would that not be kos

U can't have a KoS for somebody blocking someone, and me talking shit to your friend cuz he started first, u cant have KoS for talking shit in general, ur friend wasnt even that injured to have a KoS, u can talk to him if ur not sure about KoS, or make an F6 if ur not sure if that's KoS or not, instead of killing 7 people mate

After fully considering this situation and its context, we've determined that this ultimately didn't come down to a valid KOS. The first reason being the collision with Casper Tehrani. This player ran out into the road and was hit by the already turning vehicle, and ultimately this was incidental, and nobody was seriously injured.
The second aspect being what was happening between Drake Freeman and Andrew Otto ultimately was players messing around with eachother. You took their actions without looking into the situation further as an attempt on your friend's life, rather than simply asking the person you were taking revenge for. As a result of you failing to adequately investigate the situation and understand what was happening before you acted, you killed multiple innocent bystanders, over an incident that didn't even warrant KoS to begin with.
Additionally, you planted a carbomb on a currently occupied vehicle. While the game restricts you from planting a carbomb on a vehicle with a driver you should still not be putting a bomb on a car with a passenger inside. Had they been paying attention at all to the situation, they would have very clearly seen you doing that. This was an unnecessary risk to take under rule 3.4, as you could have simply waited for the vehicle to become unnoccupied before doing that, or used an alternative method of seeking revenge.

2.5, 3.4 - User carbombed a player who had ragdolled a jaywalking friend of theirs, as well as deliberately hitting another player. User failed to ask the player who had been hit if they cared or knew the player who hit them before taking revenge for the threat of their life. User carbombed the target vehicle while occupied by one passenger, and ultimately ended killing four people, including the person who was originally harmed as the reason for the bombing in the first place.
