I can tell in the logs that the person did in fact die to a night stick as you said, however nothing else shows up as relevant to this case. If you want to be taken seriously moving forward in this AR, provide some actual evidence of the player saying these things. You have 24 hours to do so.

The user was last logged into the forums on the 25th October 2020, 6 years ago. I will attempt to contact them on steam/in-game in order to get a statement from them. They will have 72 hours to respond.

As for section 8, Taxi drivers used to be able to carry guns, and probably drugs as well. I distinctly remember getting shot in the face by daymon with a mac-11 while he was taxi driver at some point. It's an ancient mention and doesn't apply anymore.
