I was able to contact the user. They will be issued a 1 day ban for violating rule 3.4 in the clip, as they failed to comply whilst under gunpoint, instead using their vehicle to drive off.

I think this is a cool addition for Firefighters, I'm unsure how it'd work, maybe tie into the incident menu and make an alerting siren when a new incident regarding fire(s) has been made? Overall cool suggestion.
