Why were you punished?: 5.1- Pushed an AFK player into their base which resulted in his friend mugging the AFK player

Why should this appeal be considered?: In my evidence there is a screenshot saying for a player technically to be AFK they need to make a report, I have no such knowledge of a report nor did the enforcer tell me, suggesting technically he/she is not afk and he/she could of been pushed to anywhere I wanted.

So to clarify, you didn't push the player into the base whilst they were AFK?

They weren’t afk, in the rules for someone to be AFK they have to make a report, it’s in my evidence, they didn’t make a report, they were not AFK

I’m technically speaking, yes was pushed but was right outside our door and since no report was made and wasn’t posted in local OOC aswell, he wasn’t AFK he was just standing still

The reason we have a mugging map is to indicate to players that mugging cannot be allowed in this zone. Therefore standing in a non-mugging zone, does not allow them to be mugged. You have pushed an idle player standing in a non-muggable zone into a muggable zone. The rules state clearly under 3.16 that you must not go AFK during roleplay situations or whilst speaking to a staff member, you must not also go AFK when you're on a job unless you notify a staff member of this.

The user you mugged was not on a job and was not in a roleplay situation, because they were simply AFK outside of your base, so the rule and this situation has no relevance at all. The warning is completely valid and will remain on your profile, please ensure to not push evidently AFK players into a muggable zone.
