I like the idea maybe it would work as a new first aid certification that lets you perform a less effective CPR. I don't think this detracts from firefighters because most of the time they can't or won't respond to medical emergencies

I think this is a great idea. My suggestion is to multiply the exp you get by the number of active firefighters and add some extra exp when you give CPR.

I admit that I avoided surrendering longer than was appropriate. My only intention was to have the officers state the reason I was being arrested. Neither myself nor my org members knew with certainty that I had killed anyone. In my opinion the officer purposefully misrepresented the situation...
