I don't think you should be, I witnessed first hand way too many situations where you seemed to think you were above the server rule set.

Never had FPS drops myself, always running very smooth and i'm on a 560ti card, pretty old. I do have crazy lag issues though.

No VPN is not needed, they are not region locked or anything. Only a handful of games like Dark Souls 2 are region locked.

Cross regional purchase (and often on sales or promotional), usually from Brazilian contacts, then I resell for a little profit to western market on G2A.
