127 unique officers over those 155 complaints from 1st of June 2026, 42 of those complaints resulted in comment cards. If we average it out over the 2.5 months that comes out to roughly 25 officers being able to progress each month due to misconduct. Which may sound like a rather large number...

You're thinking fingerprints, not DNA. You don't leave enough traceable DNA to be identified from touching objects most of the time unless you're licking your bullet casings. Which if you are.. please stop.

An important thing to note is that bullets realistically also typically don't leave the DNA of the perpetrator on the victim's body. So for those struggling that not all features are realistic, but are instead for the purpose of gameplay, consider that first.
