Why do you want your item(s) refunded: User stole my car infront of PD breaking rules also he purposely wrecked it and he was banned for his actions.
Evidence: I don't have a video evidence but i believe @Dom_ already dealt with the user and banned him he was banned for the following
3.4, 2.5 - Stole a player's vehicle from in front of the PD, which is overseen by NPCs and is an incredibly unrealistic place to commit such a crime. The user also drank a bottle of beer to "realistically wreck" Bobo's car, in an attempt to "recreate his incident".
