Why were you punished?: 1.6 2.5 Mass RDM, F6 created, user replied. Upon server crash/restart user never rejoined to explain actions

Why should this appeal be considered?: Hi,

Posting this to appeal my perma ban. With all due respect, it wasn't mass RDM - any casualties or deaths that occurred were purely accidental. Members of an organisation (not entirely sure which one) killed one of my org members, then another kept tailing us and bashing into our cars repeatedly basically harassing us constantly. My org began a bombing campaign in direct retaliation towards said individuals so they wouldn't mess with us again. My organisation takes acts of violence towards our members very seriously so that is why our means of revenge were so drastic. My apologies for not rejoining the server after the abrupt crash/restart, I was under the impression it was my internet acting up (as it usually does) so I never bothered and thought the next time I would be online this could all be resolved.

I'm a pretty well established player on the server and it was certainly not my intention to minge nor break any rules, but I do apologise for any inconvenience caused towards affected staff and players.

I'm asking for my ban to be removed or at least shortened.

You bombed the PD, Regals, Slums & Bazaar Rear Parking, there is no doubt you were just randomly pissing about as far as I could tell, I also check the logs of players you had killed, some had no organisations or was in completely different organisations. You had killed 5 civilians, 2 officers. You did not take any precautions which ended up in many peoples deaths.

You will need to give more information on who your friend was that was killed so I can further investigate it.

Regals and Slums were the location of the orgs that killed our members. PD and Bazaar were the locations of the guys that kept tailing us and causing harassment. We may not have been successful in eliminating the correct targets due to our methods which I admittedly regret. I can assure you it wasn't a piss about - we spent about 50k to do it.

The org member that was killed was "Skip McGhee" - a high ranking member of my org.
