Why should this appeal be considered?: As seen in the clip I had my firearm out and on safety while inside of my apartment, there was a raid ongoing at projex 4 so for my safety I just kept it out, I didn't point it at anyone it was just out. I looked out my window to see what was going on across the street as there were a couple of officers gunpointing people at moron's, anyways when I see the officer look up at me and have his gun out I thought it'd be in my best interest to holster the gun which is what I did. Next thing I know, I have officers at my front door demanding that I come out and speak to them or else they will breach my door.


Here is an image of my chemical table with cocaine drying, I made an attempt to conceal it behind a bookcase however, the drugs were still visible as long as the officers looked in the direction. Since the offence I committed was so minor and since I wasn't a danger to anyone being inside my own apartment I thought that if I didn't come to the door that they would just let it go and leave. May I also add that the window I was looking out was mostly blocked by a small wooden fence and that if an officer or any member of the public stands in a certain place they are able to look almost directly through the window and way into the apartment allowing them to raid the property or confiscate firearms if guns are seen as it is deemed a public setting.


When I told mini that the table was in view of the door, he said that I wouldn't have had to the defend the drugs if I came to the door but, the cops would have seen the drugs and raided my apartment anyways regardless which would have lead to them confiscating my cocaine and coca leaves as well as my friends drugs in the back room. The response I got back was "thats your issue" and "No one was there for that tho", basically saying that the cops didn't come to the door because of my drugs but instead because of my gun being displayed. I knew exactly why the cops were at my door and since my drugs were in view of the door I decided not to open it and risk being arrested so I hoped they would just leave me alone like they normally do to other people that have weapons out in their windows like regals for example.


By giving the reasoning of having drugs in view of the door, mini accused me of "just trying to evade the ban and its not working mate". Protecting drugs is genuine reasoning to not come to the door and refuse orders given by law enforcement but mini didn't even bother to enquire further all he said was "Honestly mate I don't care about what you have to say in regards to this situation anymore". I found this very distressing as when I made a report against people for 3.4 he was incredibly thorough almost to the point that he was trying to find ways to not ban the people I reported ensuring that all the evidence was air tight and nothing slipped through the cracks. With my ban it felt rushed and I felt like he tried to get me off the server as soon as possible.


This is a clip showing that I was not the first person that fired their weapon, I returned fire after the cops shot my friend who hid behind a concrete barrier.

I believe that the staff member who dealt with this situation was unfair and purposely tried to get me banned, I made an F6 not more than a week ago reporting 3 people for the same thing that he banned me for, 3.4. In this report I showed a clip of me and my friends pointing guns at them and telling them don't move and for them to surrender, these people defied my orders and pulled out rifles and shot and killed us. Instead of banning them for 3.4 then and there like he did me, mini said that he had to gather demos, clips, accounts of what happened and that the whole thing could take a day or two. This is very different to how I felt my F6 was dealt with as he messaged me back and forth on the F6 for about 5-10 mins and then issued my ban not letting me explain everything I had done and every reasoning I had behind my actions. He said repeatedly that he didn't care and that I should just go make a dispute because he doesn't want to deal with the situation anymore. When I messaged him on discord about him attempting to ban me during one of my own F6s for the second time now, I asked him what his issue with me was and he told me:

"My issue with you is that you're an argumentative individual who doesn't take no for an answer and is very eager to get people banned even when you are in the wrong. Other than that I don't really care about you or even know you enough to want to ban you all the time tbh."


If he had an issue with me prior to taking my F6 disliking how I conducted myself in F6s and in general, he shouldn't have inserted himself into the F6 and take over from the staff member that was dealing with it first. When I asked for someone who wasn't involved in the raid and would therefore show 0 bias towards either side, he said that he would add slander to my ban reason. I do not believe this is slander and that it is just plain fact, mini was the officer who breached my apartment, he was one of the first killed, whether he agrees or not the fact that he breached in, died and then waited 5 mins to respawn will knowingly or unknowingly produce bias.

Additional Information: I thought I would provide the POVs and evidence of the F6 I made against the 3 guys a week ago for 3.4, the situation that mini dealt with so thoroughly getting demos and clips and accounts.


This is the frame in which my friend Kashar Hama was gun pointing the guy who pulled his gun out in the very next frame.


As you can see in the clip I was gunpointing all 3 of them while Kashar Hama was locked onto the 2 that were stood together, the guy then pulled out his gun, ran towards me and shot and killed me while Kashar had him under gunpoint. The situation was dismissed and I was told by mini that because the eye trace of Kashar (exactly where he is looking), wasn't directly (meaning it was right next to him on his demo which would be slower than Kashar's POV) on the guy at the time of him pulling out his firearm he technically didn't break rules.

I would like to also point out that after this 3.4 situation where I was killed, the 3 guys were killed by cops and then we respawned and raided them for all their drugs. Upon seeing this the 3 guys disconnected and Mini then said that he couldn't deal with the situation today as they had left and that he would message them on steam/discord. However, not 10 mins later they had rejoined the server and raided our apartment while we were inside. They took all of our drugs and the guns we had on us which would not have happened if mini had dealt with them as soon as they rejoined the server.

I find it quite funny how you have nitpicked the messages between us that sheds me in a bad light (not that I really care anyway) and didn't include the 10minutes of text in the report of me breaking down each terminology and law to you so you fully understand why the cops were able to raid lawfully and why you should have complied to avoid this escalation of a situation leading to your ban...
You seem to have added irrelevant information in this dispute that has nothing to do with the situation at hand. This is a ban dispute to dispute the validity of the ban, nothing to do with my conduct or way of dealing with reports, that is what a staff complaint is for.

You have also added a previous situation into the dispute, that situation took longer to deal with because of the actual situation at hand and I wanted to get more opinions on the matter because I know how much of a difficult person you are to deal with when reports do not go your way. I am going to leave this here, let the dispute be handled the way it usually is and I want to let you know that from now on I will NOT be taking any reports you create against other players in the interest of my sanity and to avoid any further bias complaints from you.
