how do i fix gunshots shots disapearing almost instantly, is there a way to fix this?

Most likely because you hit the decal limit (such as blood, bulletholes, etc.)

theres no fix there is a decal limit so that there is no game lag and once you hit the limit and keep shooting bullet holes disappear

I would expect the server had a set decal limit. There is a command to change your default but it'll probably be capped anyway on perp.
