I cannot hear gunshots

i just came back to the server after long time got new pc too and for some reason when somebody shots or me shot i cant hear the shots if someone knows how to fix that tell me plz

Delete all your addons from your gmod folder and then restart gmod. It will re-download all the files and then that should fix it.

That would work yes, just make sure you only have the perpheads content, and make sure you only have V5 and not other maps.
