Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 - Shootouts
Jacob watched over a shootout with the PD at Projex. He was waiting at the Docks parking lot, with the intention to counter raid afterwards. Shots are clearly heard and bodies laying down everywhere.

My initial purpose for being there was to raid, then i heard crowbars, so i went over to docks parking to withdraw my gun from my car. Thats when the cop got there, which is where i decided to wait at a safe distance without being noticed for a good moment to counter. The actions I took is a perfect example of what someone should do if they want to counter a raid that has cops on scene, wait just far enough that you can see when the cops die, and that the people raiding won't notice you. I also didn't want to just drive into the shootout in order to leave, if you ask me what or multiple other people, I did the right thing here.

I'd like to add that you say "this close", however i am quite considerably far from the shootout and received no warning shots.

(Involved) I dont think you should be waiting at an area where you are still able to look at the situation and hear gunfire very clearly your first priority should be to get away from the raid, but whether you were too close or at a reasonable distance is ultimately up to the admin obv.

This would be the case if my plan the whole time wasn't to murder you all and take your stuff.

I see your point but.

Say PD had won this raid you would be lingering around an area of a shootout with nothing to gain not able to counter raid it just happened to play into your advantage that we beat PD

Considering you had no clue i was there in the first place, i'd say i was plenty far away

Also i watched the last cop drive away, so...
And if PD did win, i just, wouldn't have countered...

@Crunchie what I meant with being so close is that you could've waited in the pub or in a place with more cover, yet your plans are valid and you were far away to safely observe the situation without involving yourself.

Since you were also already there it was indeed safer to wait it out instead of driving through the shootout, so I do not believe any rules were broken by Crunchie.
