i was driving and didnt hear you say anything, i see you shoot at me, i get scared, i run behind a house and say im going to kill myself and i get shot.. i don't believe i broke gunpoint as i didn't properly hear you, and that aside, just because i drove fast and fled doesn't mean you can just shoot me..

@Choi Dong-Hyun, if you believe that the officer acted wrongfully, you should file an IA against him. Even if someone is acting wrongly or breaking the rules, that does not allow you to break the rules yourself. Also, you stated you didn't hear the officer, but you clearly saw the gun pointed at you when you were screaming that you were going to kill yourself.
