Why should this player be punished?: I had him at gunpoint on my property while he was scoping out my place. I was going to rob him since he was on my property and not in public but before i could even rob him he pulled out his own gun and shot me. I told him over voice i had you at gunpoint stop shooting me before you get in trouble and still continued to kill me.
Evidence link is proof i had him under gun point. He wrote "Why did you pull gun on me?" which is proof i had a gun pointed at him of the time of the incident.

alr, first off all i checked if it was owned or not, which nothing was done wrong with that. secondly when i went back to my car you pulled a gun out on me i crouched for cover while pulling out my gun, while you were yelling something like "get the fuck out here" in a demanding voice. of course i will pull out my gun and start shooting, feeling threatened.

and not to mention if you said "stop shooting me before you get in trouble" meaning you broke 3.21.
