Why should this player be punished?: I had him under gun point SEVERAL times, and he didten comply, as you can see in the video.. I had him under gunpoint, and he pulled a bat out on me.

@Ariyanqwq has failed to provide a statement or evidence in defence of their actions. This is an extremely clear instance of breaking 3.4, both in respect of not following orders under direct threat of a lethal weapon and then proceeding to go one step further and pull out a weapon themselves, which ultimately resulted in their death.

The user will be receiving a warning for 3.4.
