Why should this appeal be considered?: I would like to make it absolutely clear that I did not make any sexual remarks toward anyone in the recordings provided. While a comment can be heard in the background — something along the lines of “she has lovely big boobies” — it is evident that the voice does not belong to me.

The individual who made the comment speaks with a Leeds or Sheffield accent, which is noticeably different from my own, as I have a strong Cockney accent. This distinction in voice and regional dialect clearly shows that I was not the person who made the inappropriate remark.

Additional Information: Also, I want to point out some serious issues with how the admin handled the situation. It was pretty clear he knew the girl involved, and the way he acted came across as biased. He flew in mid-scene in front of everyone and started throwing random players around, completely ruining the roleplay and killing the vibe for everyone. It broke immersion and just felt unnecessary — I’ve included a separate clip showing exactly what happened.

On top of that, he kept me in a hidden area for over 25 minutes, constantly telling me to leave. It honestly felt like he was trying to bait me into LTAP so he’d have an excuse to punish me. That didn’t feel like fair admin work at all — more like he had something personal against me.

I’m not just saying this to defend myself, but because stuff like this ruins the community and makes people not want to play.

This is the first ban I’ve actually issued for 2.8 where I to an extent know the female in the situation, that doesn’t change the outcome at all, 2.8 in this regard, in my opinion should be an immediate permanent ban as it is not something we welcome in this community. Not to mention there are underage players in this community and it’s imperative that we do our best to keep them safe.

You wasn’t really in any real situations, taking you didn’t impact any role play situations at all. The “throwing random players around” bit was me moving users camping at the bottom of the car dealer attempting to listen to the situation which they aren’t really entitled to do.

It’s quite funny you mention this as if it plays into your favour. You didn’t mind being there when you asked me to get a radio so you can play bazaar radio station and dance to it, nor did you mind when there was banter going back and fourth about your silly ‘legal action’ (that I’m still waiting for btw). I was telling you that if you want to leave you can leave because you were getting a permanent ban anyway, it’s not like leaving would’ve really changed anything. I don’t have anything personal against you because I don’t really know who you are to be honest.

I believe this is currently being reviewed by other staff to come to a conclusion but I thought I’d reply to some fabricated points you have made.
