Fredy could make bank selling queue skip for 10 bucks
F Queue skip we just need the general queue back instead of the trashy auto-join crap Gmod has lol.
Not even managed to get onto the server yet, but having looked around the map in singleplayer, I'd say the detail on buildings, especially all the unusable buildings, the ones that are just there to fill space. They all look realistic, and have detailed and well thought out exteriors, as well as little models and other details that just elevate the map to miles above all previous versions.

Actual storefront's that aren't just repeating textures of a window filling up a lot of empty spaces.
Expanded highway (Fentyoga races will be insane)

The winding roads near Forest, it really gives me GTA vibes.
That one Trevor mission where you go to Los Santos and you stop on the mountain roads to look at Los Santos. Exactly like the outlook!
