I'm going to go on a yap but all these new residents give such a good opportunity for well done shootouts with the ability to nade and ambush cops and vice versa it allows for such immersive gunfights even rural areas too it feels so immersive to just be killing cops in the rain and in such urban environment's really posing a risk to your life and requiring genuine thought behind your decisions. When I loaded in I was surprised as i didn't think staff would deliver i thought the images were more clickbait like cause I never believed people on gmod could be this good at promotional materiel and actually deliver upon it. its a bit fucked on performance but that's al right.
Genuinely the ability to have such immersive rp and combat is crazy and to be able to follow and have such urban environments feel so much more chaotic and unpredictable is such a fun thought to me. Specifically the tidal apartments i would never expect for glass windows allowing you to peek in and ambush people with tight corners and nade them etc. Good job staff I am coming to love it

By far, it has to be the graphics for the book covers and advertisements in the metro. There is a lot of GTA 5 style satire, and I especially like the reference to the Goldman book as a way of also referring to Tyla's whole cheating saga quite a few years ago now.

I want to change my answer to the fact that the gender change room in the hospital is now called gender affirming care and has a little trans flag in it 
Personally its the private pd parking lot, its a hell of a lot better now lol. Second is the new tidals apartment, it gives a new refurbished look to apartments in paralake instead of the ones we got.

The fact it took me an hour of noclip to figure out where shit is in relation to everything else. The underground sections will be satisfying on Halloween. Plenty of little cubbies to hide in. Lovely suburbs roundabout thanks rogue. Lots of interconnecting areas and alternative access points. Numbers above bazaar shops. The subway felt a bit too real on first use lol, had me stressing about which line to get on. Lots of elevation changes, overlooking areas, will make for interesting shootouts.
