Suggestion Title: Boost the Delivery Van Doorn's speed
Suggestion Description: I have recently unlocked the special courier rank and I've noticed how slow the van doorn really is (reaching 40mph). I was thinking it could be a great thing for it to receive a small speed boost, maybe up to 50mph.

Why should this be added?:
- Boost the speed of the Van Doorn;
- Packages get delivered way faster;

What negatives could this have?:
- Might make the vehicle unstable, idk;

What problem would this suggestion solve?: This suggestion would solve the low speed that the Van Doorn has at the moment.

I think that a speed increase would be pretty helpful.
The 40mph were enough for v5, but with the scale of the map increasing drastically and the delivery locations with it too the 10mph would be a pretty good addition.
The problem mentioned by @BlazedCreation is imo more of a map knowledge issue or just the amount of orders that are received are way too much for teo delivery drivers to manage (which to me seems unlikely as they can load 6 packages in their van)
