Suggestion Title: Add Roulette Table to casino
Suggestion Description: This would add a european roulette table to the casino, which would have numbers from 0-36

Why should this be added?:
- Adds more variety to the casino
- New fun way to make money

What negatives could this have?:
- People losing more money at the casino
- Could take long time to code

What problem would this suggestion solve?: There are currently not many options to gamble at the casino, and this would help expand the variety.

I mean, what kinda casino has 3 things to chose between: Slots Blackjack and the wheel. I think if they added more games to the casino. It would be more enjoyable and it would have more people having fun in there, instead of the average addict like me just sitting at high stakes and loosing money. Imagine being 5 people hyping eachother up at the roulette table when you all have 20k on a number and it hits
