Suggestion Description: This would add a european roulette table to the casino, which would have numbers from 0-36

Why should this be added?:
- Adds more variety to the casino
- New fun way to make money

What negatives could this have?:
- People losing more money at the casino
- Could take long time to code

What problem would this suggestion solve?: There are currently not many options to gamble at the casino, and this would help expand the variety.

A very good suggestion, I honestly prayed for more casino games like roulette and baccarat in v6
