Suggestion Title: EMS Barricade tool
Suggestion Description: Give EMS The barricade tool with same / similar options to RC / FD

Why should this be added?:
Why do PD, FD and roadcrew get it but not ems? seems a bit silly. EMS should also be able to use cones to help secure scenes specificly on highways since cars tend to just slam into us without the ability to taper lanes closed easly

What negatives could this have?:
new players trolling (unless locked behind X ems rank)

What problem would this suggestion solve?: EMS getting flattend by cars not paying attention to the road by going 100+

Ems arent susposed to "use cones to help secure scenes" theyre susposed to revive, heal, take dna if needed and leave the scene so cops can take care of the rest
If ems was responding to highway crashes, and before reviving putting down cones so theyre "safe" - the unconcious people would turn out dead.
you can always make an ia on the officers btw, SOP exists and cops should follow it

FD has barricades to alert people of fires etc.
RC obviously has barricades to alert people of closed roads due to RTCs,broken cars etc.
And PD of course has barricades to close areas of shootouts, situations etc.

And for EMS, there is just no point as it would be just useless. Considering they can drag bodies somewhere safe and do their job there when other jobs cant do that,so they have to use barricades.

I really don't want to see Paramedic's setting up barricades first when someone is lying on the ground dying with their pulse getting weaker, it's best to leave that to units that can take that responsibility of your back and it usually works fine.

If EMS need barricades for a situation, the situation is serious enough to call the police.
