Suggestion Title: More Profit for Mayor
Suggestion Description: There exists one policy for Mayor to use that can directly provide profit. This suggests adding more.
Why should this be added?:
- I'm not a big fan of the way Mayor is to be played. That is, setting tax to 1%, waiting for budget to drain, then becoming public enemy #1 just so you can bring the budget back.
- There needs to be policies that can add profit as well, while also being beneficial. Obviously, they can't provide too much profit, but it at least has to help the budget when taxes are at 1%.
What negatives could this have?:
- Mayor almost never uses Financial Bailout
What problem would this suggestion solve?: The Mayor only having one direct source of profit as a statistic, other than just lowering salaries and vehicles
