Suggestion Title: Non-answered 911 call automatically pulls up text report
Suggestion Description: If a 911 call is not answered, or rings too many times, automatically open the 911 text report on the players phone.
Why should this be added?:
- Ensures a report gets put out to the police
- Many new players attempt to always call 911 instead of text report
What negatives could this have?:
- Nothing to notate
What problem would this suggestion solve?: 911 calls not being routed to the police due lack of education for new players.
