In no particular order.

Factorio
Space Engineers
Team Fortress 2
Helldivers 2
Helldivers
Command & Conquer: Generals
Command & Conquer: Generals Zero Hour
Bomberman 64
Super Mario 64
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
Super Mario Galaxy (Here's why)
Valheim
Minecraft (Thanks @Hayden. Bit silly of me to forget this one, I'm literally playing it as I wrote this lmaoo)

I think the best game has to be about memories, so mine would be

1- Warzone (lockdown just hit so fucking hard.
2 - GMod (Especially 2013ish days of lots of game modes)
3 - DayZ (I just love hopping on and just running to try to live longer than 15 minutes)
4 - GTA V (Playlists are fucking amazing)
 
All of these games have a very special place in my heart. This is in no particular order.

RDR2
Mass Effect Trilogy (played them when they first came out and the Legendary Edition is amazing too)
Kingdom Come Deliverance 1&2
Assassins Creed 1, 2, Brotherhood, Revelations (3, Unity, Origins and Odyssey too but not as much as the other ones)

Up until MAYBE Unity although that wasn't amazing either but it was alright, Assassins creed was also really great games, ofc had a lot of bugs and SOME say a lot of weird and stale stories, but I think they did well, loved Assassins creed 3 and 4.
 
RDR 2 is one of them, I don't know why but I liked Ghost of Tsushima more, I just liked the story and the look of the game soo soo much. Minecraft is an all time great as well.
My favourite shooter ever was Battlefield 1 for sureeee
