Why should this player be punished?: I was standing outisde of my house (eating food IRL that's why i'm abit slow at first) When I was mugged/raided by the player "Reece Saint" Who gunpointed me in public in full view of anyone that passes by. He then asked me to open all my doors and raided my house. I don't see how these actions could be justified by any of the rules.
We had no previous experiences other than me gifting him a peice of food about 5 minutes before.

Evidence Link:

I was in the area of slums and actively planning to raid the trailer that was there, then I saw a man standing outside of it so I automatically assumed that he was either the owner or someone living in that trailer. Therefore, to initiate the raid I had to gunpoint him to ensure my safety and then raid the property.I don't know which rule you are referring to that I broke, but as soon as I gunpointed you, we were out of view from the streets and inside your trailerAlso I want to add that the reporting user has broke 3.4 during the raid, since I have warned him to stop breaking out of the zipties and he kept doing it, resulting in me killing him. Here is the clip:

"but as soon as I gunpointed you, we were out of view from the streets and inside your trailer" This statment is false, as you can clearly see in my video. At "0:27" in my clip uploaded you have clearly gunpointed me in view of the taxi driver NPC and we are both standing at the pavement. We had to walk all the way over to my front door.
----You can begin a raid by:
  • Attempting to break into down a door
  • Shooting an armed defender inside
  • Gunpointing a defender exiting the base to let you in----
I was not doing any of these things, so I do not understand why you thought you could raid me.

If you think I broke the rules then post a seperate PR don't hijack my post to shed blame.

You cooking drugs is why I wanted to raid you, and to be able to do that I had to gunpoint you. You want me to crowbar the door in front of you and just let you watch me as I do that?

You cannot start a raid by gun-pointing someone who is on public property, just near the location you want to raid. Even if he was within his property (which he was not, please refer to the property limits on the V6 interactive map), he was evidently visible from a public area, which once again makes this unacceptable, as this counts as a kidnapping. However, based on logs, you did not take his items nor steal his weapon after he dropped it, so it is not a breach of rule 5.1 (it would have been if you did in fact take any of his personal items).

As for jobu tubaki, he evidently breaks 3.4 by stalling when told to put his hands up, instead dropping his gun. This may have been due to him having been caught off-guard (eating) like he claims at a time when he should not have been mugged or kidnapped, so I will be lenient regarding this. However, when told not to jump again, he does it as soon as the door closes, evidently putting his life at risk as the robber was on the other side of the door, which I will issue a punishment for.
