Sam Bendorf shouldn't have grabbed his shotgun and shot at a police officer, this initiated a situation that was not needed and did not benefit him or his friends in any situation. he shall receive a warning for 3.4 and 2.5 as not only did he get himself killed, he got his base and his friends their bases in trouble with those actions.
in regards to @Twiggy his actions, I see them as justified. he was merely defending his friend.
