hello yes i was wanted for murder and going away for 10 years i attempted to gun down the officer to get away. i was running down the staires and ran past him at that point he was not aiming the weapon only holding it so i was hoping to pull my gun and shoot him and get away

He immediately pointed his weapon at you, which is very clear that you saw him point it from the clip, just because you committed murder does not mean you can disregard gunpoint.

You are a decently experienced player and should know the basics of 3.4 considering you have 3 punishments regarding it; but you must comply while under gunpoint when you do not have a weapon in your hands.
