Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 Player risked his freedom for no valid reason

I was responding to a 911 call made by a member of Paralake. On arrival the grey Lexus was called out for attempting to run over and having a UMP. I attempted to stop the Lexus but it fled briefly and then the driver continued to flee on foot into the Lakeview hotel and his room (4). He then hid the gun and came out of his property. This led to his property being searched and the gun being found. On exit of Lakeview with his charged being 6.9 and nothing suggests he was being charged for anything 'serious' he calls out he is 7+ which led to PD raids

@TobyGames Can you please explain your actions?

The user hasn't been on the forums since September, so I will also attempt to contact them via Steam & In-game also.

there was a raid going on at my proprety, when the cop came I told him that i was waiting for them in the car because i heard lockpick, he rammed his car into me for no reason without a valid rp reason and witout saying a reason so I said what are you doing and proceeded to park the car and go inside, when he followed me i awnsered the door and surrendere because he was on a power trip , without any command he rammed into me, i then told him that i was getting raided but he ofc cut that out of the clip, he refused to invistage and arrested me for no valid reason, he than made me loose multiple minutes at the fire station saying there was shooting at the pd witch was false there were no shooting, we were close enough to hear it if there were.
when we arrived at the cells he was trash talking me, he then procedeed to call a supervisor and waited for me to anwser if i wanted one, to once again make me loose some time.

1. No raid was ongoing at your property when arrived, as shown by the clip
2. I tapped your car as you did a handbrake turn in the middle of the road, don't be ridiculous
3. You rammed my car multiple times, ignoring my orders to get out the car and then parked your car and ran into the hotel again don't be ridiculous
4. You came out after a little bit of time and after you hide your gun, this led to your property being raided because of your lack of understanding of how to roleplay
5. You were arrested for 6.9, all evidence in the clip.
6. I explain a PD raid and it would be unsafe to take you there and it was max 60seconds (@kerzify /gov chat logs confirm this)
7. You had previously asked for a supervisor, I was ensuring you did or didn't want one which you never replied delaying the situation yourself
8. I didn't trash-talk you, I was respectful throughout please provide any evidence to suggest otherwise. You did deserved to be trash-talked because your roleplay ability was awful and you had an attitude problem throughout for no reason. Your SCANBAN record shows a very clear picture....

Good luck....

I would like to see more of the situation to come up with a conclusion, therefore, I have requested @TobyGames demo for them to approve.

If for some reason, @TobyGames is unable to provide their demo in-game, they may also submit the demo here; perpheads_demo_2025-10-11 17-17-54

Considering @TobyGames hasn't been in-game since the 12th and haven't been on the forums since the 13th.

I have intentions of getting this Action Request finalised as soon as possible, however, to it's best ability. For that to happen, I need to have a better understanding of the situation, especially the further developments of what happened with the raid on PD.

@GamingPeach Please could you provide your demo; perpheads_demo_2025-10-11 22-33-34

Hi @kerzify,

The user responded two days after this was opened and since being asked for a demo hasn't been seen. Nothing is stopping them from not logging into Perpheads in hopes of avoiding the outcome. The nearly 5-minute clip provides the start of the situation until we leave the scene as you can see nothing suggests he would be charged with 7+ years so he said that out of hope to get his friend to start shooting. You could check the logs to see if 'Steve Leshamwon' crowbarred a door or killed/damaged anyone at the PD on this day around that time. I do not see why my Demo is being requested for this player not being able to roleplay and having a record all very recently demonstrating the same behaviour

I also have no idea how to provide demos

There is nothing that I can see that suggests this.

It allows me to gather a better understanding of the situation and it's developments, this allows me to make the right decision and conclude this appropriately.
I also have no idea how to provide demos
> Go into Steam
> Right Click GMOD, browse local files
> Select GarrysMod, then select garrysmod again
> Select "Demos" & Locate perpheads_demo_2025-10-11 22-33-34

Upload that file onto demo.a1larsen.de or something like google drive, or you can alternatively send it to me on discord, if it allows you to do so.

Considering a demo has not been provided by @TobyGames as they haven't came in-game since the 12th and haven't been on the forums since the 13th, I have reviewed your demo to get a better understanding of the situation and what happened afterwards @GamingPeach

This will be accepted due to the fact of @GamingPeach trying to apprehend @TobyGames for their illegal transportation of their weapon and attempting to investigate further of a situation that was brought to their attention, which resulted in the player unnecessarily running into their property to hide the weapon when it would've have been confiscated and makes the user only liable to 7.3. The weapon was later found and confiscated. After further developments, @TobyGames decides to call that they are 7+ years within prison, in which I have confirmed that @TobyGames was arrested only, for violating law 6.9 and were arrested for a total of 5 years (minutes) which doesn't meet the requirements for a PD raid.

@TobyGames will receive a 5 day ban for breaking 3.4. The reasoning for their ban is because they have unnecessarily fled police for a minor crime that they had committed.

3.4 Putting your Life at Risk

Any actions that risk a player’s life, well-being or freedom from imprisonment must be done for beneficial and realistic reasons. Players must take measures to avoid their death at all times.

Examples of unreasonable risks include:
  • Disobeying reasonable orders under the threat of lethal force, such as at gunpoint.
  • Remaining near shootouts while unarmed/uninvolved, or with the intention of looting weapons.
  • Not taking precautions to avoid Police attention or leaving the area after committing crimes.
  • Running on the highway without a justifiable reason.
  • Committing serious crimes within eyeshot of Police.
  • Fleeing/killing Police to avoid minor fines or sentences.
  • Excessively prank calling 911 without a valid reason (e.g., diverting Police from a crime scene)
  • Raiding properties with melee weapons

Valid reasons to kill Police include:
  • Avoiding a long prison sentence, typically 7+ years
  • Preventing the imminent detection of drug production.
  • Committing a violent crime for which the Police would use lethal force for apprehension
