Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 - Refusal to leave the area when told to under gunpoint. Refusal to put their hands up when he was asked to under direct gunpoint by 1, and then 2 heavy TFOs. Knew what he was doing was wrong and genuinely just replied 'no' to our demands.

I won't even waste your time and beat around the bush. I should of put my hands up, I did initially move away and they followed me after I moved and towards the end I did take the piss, I'd had a little bit to drink and maybe I should only play sober. I'd like to apologize for my actions and also to @tylerye if I ruined his roleplay experience.

I was quite annoyed at the fact of he chose me when at one point there were multiple people in the vicinity (he knew my org was about to PD raid) but as I say there's no real excuse for my actions and I apologize.
