Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 - Refused to exit their vehicle under direct gunpoint, this caused them extra injury as I then had to battering ram them out of their car which caused them to fall from the bridge.

I have managed to speak to @Brano as they were still in-game.

@Brano has broken 3.4 in this scenario as they failed to comply whilst under gunpoint within a timely matter.

@Brano should've complied, got out of their vehicle and asked the necessary questions when detained, rather than stalling and being non complaint, whilst being gunpointed.

@Brano will be issued a 3 day ban for violating rule 3.4;

3.4 - User ignored commands whilst under gunpoint, refusing to exit their vehicle when requested to do so, which resulted in them being battering rammed out of their vehicle causing harm on themselves.

Any actions that risk a player’s life, well-being or freedom from imprisonment must be done for beneficial and realistic reasons. Players must take measures to avoid their death at all times.

Examples of unreasonable risks include:
  • Disobeying reasonable orders under the threat of lethal force, such as at gunpoint.
  • Remaining near shootouts while unarmed/uninvolved, or with the intention of looting weapons.
  • Not taking precautions to avoid Police attention or leaving the area after committing crimes.
  • Running on the highway without a justifiable reason.
  • Committing serious crimes within eyeshot of Police.
  • Fleeing/killing Police to avoid minor fines or sentences.
  • Excessively prank calling 911 without a valid reason (e.g., diverting Police from a crime scene)
  • Raiding properties with melee weapon
Valid reasons to kill Police include:
  • Avoiding a long prison sentence, typically 7+ years
  • Preventing the imminent detection of drug production.
  • Committing a violent crime for which the Police would use lethal force for apprehension
