Type of Bug: Lua

Description of the Bug: when putting out a fire using the fire house, I have only been receiving 15 dollars, instead of the standard 75 (or higher if you arrive early), 15 is the normal pay for using the extinguisher.

How to reproduce the Bug: Put out fire using fire hose :D
