Why were you punished?: Shot a user for seemingly no reason at spawn, then disconnected seconds after doing so
Why should this appeal be considered?: I have messaged A1L and had a chat with him regarding my ban. He told me to post this as I think there is a misunderstanding regarding the justification of my killing. I have explained to him why I did it as I have played on many serious RP servers before and on those servers this killing would've been justified. It is not like I killed someone for no reason but maybe I shouldn't of done it considering the 'longer jail sentence' over a minor crime that I would've been arrested for, prior to that. Although I acted in character and thought it was the right thing to do. If I can get unbanned it would be great as my intention wasn't on breaking any rules.
luki: How is that not a justified reason to kill someone..? I would've been arrested and had my weapon confiscated from me, I seen many people killing others over the most pettiest things and I literally had this dude chasing me around saying you can't be having a weapon on you and didn't do anything to him until he went on his phone and called the police? I crashed dude I don't know why the logs are saying that, I legit tried reconnecting straight after?!!
luki: I've been roleplaying on many serious roleplay servers including GTAW, RCRP (you probably haven't heard of them) but if someone is threatening you with police when you have a gun on you that is a well justified reason to kill someone. I wasn't transporting it I was carrying it for personal use and if the police did turn up I would've had it taken off me and most likely arrested and then what?

luki: Also I didn't know that was classified as a minor crime, on every server I played before, even having a weapon in your possession is considered as a serious crime and if someone is to snitch on you, it gives you the right to kill them which I did. My intention wasn't to kill someone for no reason I thought I had enough of a reason to kill him so I acted in character and thought that I did the right thing..
