Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - User killed an officer at bazaar because he killed someone in bazaar just before the officer arrived the officer didnt know anything about a crime scene or a killing by the time the officer arrived they could of left and drove of and been hiding somewhere before they got DNA instead killed the officer putting his life at risk more as that will alert the whole PD to bazaar and give his less time to escape
Why should this appeal be considered?: I'm here to dispute this appeal issued from lhealey05 as i already shot at him instantly if most a few second prior so knowing I was literally running away they could've easily gped me out of my car as i was running from a life alert and escaping this makes me a prime suspect considering i literally was wanted regardless for the dead cop and the civ i shot This ban is misleading entirely cause in the span of 40 seconds in the clip ill be sending the cop arrives and I've already killed that person i then attempted to follow 3.4 via leaving but knowing that the cop could've gped me i pulled out my gun and killed until knowing midway shooting him he wasn't fully aware. However as this cop is new i wouldn't of been able to determine his skill in investigating the scene but IMO if I saw a life alert and a guy driving away seconds after i would've gped and detained them especially with all the witnesses around me killing him would've stopped him gping me and him chasing me down if he aimed to plan on following me after i drove off so regardless he wouldve been able to get me if he just turned around therefore i eliminated the possibility and by the time I had realised he wasn't going for me , I had already shot so it would be risking my freedom to stop as they would get DNA and I would of been arrested for 9.5. Also regardless cops would've came? lewis wrote this reason acting like cops wouldn't of came after i gunned someone down at bazzar so this makes no sense at all cops would've responded and i just eliminated a possibility of a cop gun pointing me as I had witnesses of the shootout therefore they could've easily snitched on me also I was running from bazaar and trying to escape as the cops pulled up they entered MY crime scene so I killed them this dude is an inexperienced officer but any experienced officer wouldve done this. Life alert happens, man running from the scene attempting to enter his vehicle i literally JUST killed someone so it woulve made sense for him to apprehend me however i thought he was going to get me when i was driving off/prior entry until i realised he didnt mid shooting.
Also in that clip I didnt really risk my life as theres no evidence to suggest it wouldve changed the outcome me killing that cop negatively as cops were just as slow regardless so me killing a additional cop didnt make a substantial difference.
