Suggestion Title: Fix Stairglitch In City Hall
Suggestion Description: Not sure how this issue can be mitigated, but it needs to be redesigned, the hallway is extremely long leading up to the Mayor's office and gives CH defenders an extreme advantage over raiders.

Why should this be added?:
- Fixes a pixel-peak that makes raiding CH damn near impossible.

What negatives could this have?:
NONE

What problem would this suggestion solve?: The staircase leading downwards from main hall to Mayor's room allows for the nastiest headglitch that makes it impossible to raid CH without a sniper because of how SMALL the heads appear from such far range.

Suggestion Title: Change city hall stairs/second CH enterance
Suggestion Description: One of the biggest issues when trying to kill the mayor is having 3 SS shooting you from a head glitch across the hallway from the city hall raiders, This makes it impossible to be able to really use pistols and forces you to use weapons that make it actually possible to shoot their heads from a distance wasting more money/resources per person raiding city hall.

I think either making another method of entry alongside the main one to the mayors office at city hall or finding ways to remove...
