Suggestion Title: Adding a second storage NPC in Business Sector
Suggestion Description: Given the map size of V6 and how often people ask others for keys at Bazaar so they can access their storage, I think the business sector could do with a storage NPC and have it standing nearby or within the Bazaar. Another reason why I think it should be in the business sector is because it's on the other side of the map and having to keep travelling far out to grab some items and props out is lame and incredibly inconvenient.

Why should this be added?:
- Convenience
- Less human traffic at the self storage location which can get a bit too full sometimes given its small room

What negatives could this have?:
- probably none

What problem would this suggestion solve?: The inconvenience of having to travel backwards and forwards distances, less people crowding around and making it hard to reach the self storage npc

Id lean more into this, its ridiculously easy to have 24/7 storage in baz off of someone you know having a shop etc

Subs would benefit more IMO

Some people seem more favour in having this in Subs but I do think having one there as well in addition to Business sounds good. Only having them in mainly pedestrianized districts does make sense.

I think it would fit perfectly where the business shop is at the moment, if we get a storage there it’s opening more traffic in that area and maybe the business shops could go back too that little stretch it was on at the start of v6

Having multiple Storage NPCs just makes KOSing Cops and randomly storing guns after a shootout way easier than it should be. Not to mention that people use the bazaar stores and there are more than enough properties there for people to use storage.

I was just about to bring this point up. This will reduce the risk of possibly losing gear in shootouts which the risk should always be decently high in my opinion

Hence why I suggested Bazaar, an area where most people will have storage and this is to eliminate the purpose of having to get access to storage from a different portion of the map because you didn't buy a property/shop and no one could potentially grant you access. I don't think the intent of owning a property should solely just be to use storage only else you have this issue of people not able to buy the property/shop they want to actually utilise, probably why we get low quality shops of a bathtub with some overpriced pistol ammo and some random overpriced sniper rifle.

i think having one in subs is better, if you ask around for storage in bazaar you normally get it from someone. City already has a storage so having one in subs makes it alot easier to access storage in all areas of the map

I have no clue why storage was moved from subs to city, with the size of the map, a remake of the old subs storage would make a nice addition.
