Why should this player be punished?: The player broke 3.4 by speaking when we clearly told her multiple times to stop speaking putting her life at risk

1. Not a he. Name is Lola, female avatar, female pronouns, I'd appreciate some basic respect.
2. You both continually put your guns away and walking away, then continuing to sustain the engagement whenever I would speak. You went back and forth down and up the alley, putting away your gun, accessing my inventory multiple times, and then proceeded to re-engage several times. It's sending completely mixed signals and confuses me to no end.
3. You made absolutely no effort to be concealed or conceal me in in any which way. You drove a car into an alley hitting me, and then gunpointed me while not moving me out of view. You both ran to either end of the entire alley, making yourselves more visible than need be, and even wasted time passing zipties between each other before putting me into zips. Way more time than necessary, and a lack of care in the mugging.
I'm pretty much no further than a good 10m from the public ear, and well within the public eyes from anyone at storage. Technically, this severe disregard of trying to be concealed despite pointing 2 guns in my face could be seen as 3.4 in its' own right, aswell as shooting me after taking everything I had could be seen as 2.5.
4. The mugging zone is yellow on the map. This defines that extra precautions must be made to counter being found out in a raid. You hit me with a car and then proceeded to lollygag about the alley. I would argue that's pretty careless, and not within the bounds of providing extra precautions.
5. I've been in a very negative (depressive) mood for about a week now; Just got back over that, home from school and hop on Perp. I lose a raid, spawn back in, and then get slammed by a car with two incredibly rude muggers that take all my shit and have no ounce of respect. They misgender me and make fun during the mug. I don't think most would be too happy.

All factors combined do not make a happy bunny! I think it would be decently understandable that someone like myself would get quite annoyed, when being presented with several triggering and outright confusing factors in what is a very surprising encounter, causing my outbursts and (quite frankly) an extraordinary amount of annoyance.

Sorry to the mods aswell for you guys dealing with this. I tried to resolve the situation as I could and hopped off shortly after I regained my stuff as to not cause my temper to get worse, but it seems some are more annoyed than even I am. Hope you're doing well!

Aswell it should be known; I didn't even have a weapon on me as I just spawned! There was no reason to run me over, as I was not armed, or visibly armed.

involved as an officer on the immediate scene, there was literally zero precaution as lola mentioned
they drove in past people growing christmas trees who must have seen the entire ordeal as mid mugging one of them ran up to me who was on the side of the hospital saying someones being mugged in the alley, which i assume is because they saw you run the person over after you drove past them

after checking my demo the people at storage also had a clear view of everything happening and multiple people throughout the interaction were literally just watching you as you made no attempt to get away from the publics eye, if anything i think this raises the question if that should even be a mugging zone considering that you are essentially 24/7 going to be seen by other people as storage realistically isn't ever empty

That's the bit that got me too! I have a bit of trouble processing things immediately, so to be in a very public area, hit by a car, instantly gunpointed and mugged whilst also seeing cops and civilians run around storage seems just entirely invalid. Aswell, people could likely even hear them or me talking within the alley, given people were growing trees so close by.

The spot itself is very dubious; there's no practicality in even mugging anyone there besides pure luck as it's far too public a place to even be allowed to be mugged, let alone in the massively attention-grabbing way they conducted the crime. Without the mug map to reference, I had no idea it was even a muggable spot, as I can literally see cops and civilians from where I was standing.
Someone even literally stopped to gander at the crime!

not to mention you initiated this mugging in direct eyeshot of me, sure it was because of the unconscious person on the parking lot i was responding, but you saw me enter the area
this all resulted in an instant BOLO on your vehicle and a swift DNA upload

Ok, so a police car even witnessed the car enter the alley. How the hell is that precaution on a mug??

Could you please explain what precautions you took to ensure that nobody could see you mugging this individual?

The precautions we took was to be behind the car so its harder to be seen Goblin was also actively looking around as i was mugging the person in case somebody came making sure it was safe as i stated before we also told the person to be quiet so they cant be heard or get anyone's attention. This shows that our approach was safe as we were not caught by the cops or anyone and we safely got away from there. This is also on Goblins behalf's as he is busy.

You drove the car down an alley, in full view of a cop that was moving past aswell as everyone in storage, further attracting unnecessary attention to your crime. You also ran me over in an alley in front of people in storage; completely unnecessary as I was not armed, and also you might have killed me instantly due to lack of care when driving down a literal alley about as wide as the car.
As well, in the screenshot I showed, your car is about half the height of either of you; you can quite literally see the Storage NPC and civilians in storage. Hiding behind the car is completely useless as people could easily see your face from storage, and therefore does not provide anyc over to you in the mugging.
Actively moving around the alley toward the direction of the promptly responding officer also further reduces your chances of safety, especially with the officer responding only a street away.
Aswell, people were growing trees from just around the corner and congregating on the street as shown in fatgirllover's screenshots; even after threatening me to stop talking, people would still be able to hear me initially from that distance.
