Suggestion Title: Clothing store location issues involving 3.4
Suggestion Description: Current Bazaar clothing store creates an increased chance of breaking 3.4 due to it being inside bazaar. The other store being next to PLPD AND THE TOWN HALL makes it impossible to access during sticky times. Where are you meant to change your clothes.... your putting yourself and others at risk.

Why should this be added?:
1-An additional exterior door leading to Lucia's would create another entry point to nip in and out to change your clothes which would assist with complying with 3.4 to an extent.

2-The alternative and better option would be to make another shop/stall or popup shack or ''container store'' of some kind, somewhere else in the map to place hold/access during sticky times. As mentioned above, it is hard to get to the clothing store in the city due to its location being next to PLPD and the city hall area.

This idea would ideally be like V5 Suburbs where it is easy to access and change clothes and isn't next to prime spots for PLPD/Bazaar dwellers and will put less players at risk.

What negatives could this have?:
First option would still drag users to bazaar to change clothes like they currently do, Second option as it stands the only negative I can see would be finding an alternative or additional space.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: This issue will reduce 3.4 in the bazaar area as well as reduce the amount of shootouts being dragged to bazaar or it would create an additional Zone for Civilians to change their clothes elsewhere on the map to draw RP towards. Similar to V5 Subs clothing store, easy to access even in sticky times. thus reducing 3.4.

My main point, HOW are you meant to change your clothes. Both shop locations draw shootouts towards high pop areas like spawn and bazaar.
Wait for the shootout to end?..

I'll be honest I never had this problem occur to anyone. Shootouts are always spread out and the one's in city are all contained to their respective properties or in some cases a bank robbery. And how often do Bazaar shootouts occur? It's mainly mass RDMs or the occasional warranted suspect.

Again, I'm very confused how this is an issue. Just how many times do you say to yourself per day "Oh boy, I really want to change my clothes for the 10th time today but there is a shootout nearby...bollocks.".

This is such a rare issue I dont get what the poster means just wait for the shootout to end or hide like other people

Im on about being wanted and if wanting to change clothes you are forced to go to areas like bazaar to diguise/change. Not necessarily from the POV of bazaar dwellers and waiting for it to end. Thats logical to wait for it to end durr.

But you gotta wait for your wanted to magically vanish?

go to top of bazaar and change, it takes 1 min tops. not really 3.4

I dont think people do this nearly as much as you would like to exaggerate xd. Also it wont make much change they will just look at wanted see you changed and just find you?
well arguable but if you change.. they cant see your clothing change as it still displays your clothing as you was wanted, unless its changed and updates when your clothing changes. They will no longer be able to spot you directly ''oh hey look that's John Doe that is wanted for 10 years wearing that bright blue shirt'' We all know your too used to reading peoples names above their heads for those F6's
I don't think you understand the point, its the fact we are always told to leave a populated area when there's a shootout and you cant remain/stay there. Where else can you change clothes other than a populated area. There's not a negative to adding another clothing location in a lower populated area.

But as i can tell this suggestion falls into @MalekIsWeird's Category ️
As this was posted Lucias was now updated, so the two NPC's cover the whole upstairs area in terms of view, which is nice. (in 6.2 release (2026))

There are rarely ever shootouts that would stop you from accessing the clothing store at spawn. You could easily get there and change clothes undetected by police. I assume that one of the reasons they are placed this way is to give the police a chance to see them when moving in or out of the store without having to go to the corner of the map.
