Suggestion Title: Fire spawning
Suggestion Description: Simple, make fires spawn more often when there are firefighters on duty. 95% of being a firefighter involves waiting around for 20 minutes until a fire spawns and it makes the job very stale and disengaging

Why should this be added?:
- More incentive to play firefighter
- Makes firefighter fun to play

What negatives could this have?:
- let me know some negatives down below

What problem would this suggestion solve?: This would solve firefighter being incredibly idle

Idk if its a v6 thing but recently when there's been a somewhat decently sized fire it can cause the server to lag quite a bit, if fires are more frequent and FFs are responding to life alerts to give cpr it may cause server lag, but maybe more fires = less cpr as ff arent bored?

Fires are incredibly annoying to everyone but firefighters and that's mainly the main issue around why they can't be more frequent. I'd much prefer if they were more frequent with wrecked vehicles however and harder to put out so it gives firefighters the incentives to set up barricades and make it feel more engaging.

If this is ever considered, please make it more likely ONLY IF there are firefighters on duty...
Pretty sure this already happens. Any fires that are still there are because a Firefighter quit the job without having extinguished the fire. This is mostly because the fire alert is delayed so they don't know, this can be fixed however if the random fire just gets extinguished or restarted as soon as a Firefighter comes back into service.

Why not just make fires spawn in unoccupied areas in the map? this is already a thing with fires being spawned at for sale woodcabins that arent used, just make it more frequent and maybe add more unused spawns like the farm, which is a large space perfect for fires whilst also being realistic

I second this. I agree fires can be inconvenient to players, but isn’t it another chance for good roleplay too?

Unrelated note, I think firefighters should get more xp. It is painfully slow and tedious to get xp as a fire fighter. If there isn’t fire, you get your xp from cpr. I would say I’ve got majority of my firefighter xp from cpr cause there’s so little free. By the time you arrive to a life alert, Theres a high chance they’re already dead, in which you are useless. Paramedics obviously still benefit from this from body disposal.

So I think it’s defo needed for firefighters to either get more fires to put out, or for more xp gain for extinguishing flames.

After grinding FF for an entire day, I noticed several major inconsistencies. One of the biggest issues is that sometimes it can take over an hour before the next fire appears as an alert, and other times the fire doesn’t spawn at all. This issue seems to be especially common in the business district.

At the moment, the only real option is to try to “play like a crow” by responding to life alerts before EMS arrives. I’ve also noticed that many players tend to run directly into active fire zones without any regard for their lungs, taking damage even after being told to leave. Earlier, for example, someone ignored the barricades at the lookout point, ended up breaking their car as they drove through the fire, and died as a result.

I think it would add more a dynamic if fires spawned more frequently, or even in different locations that temporarily block travel routes. This could force players to adapt their movement and navigate certain areas differently.
