I Had the exact same issue. Follow Creepis's steps, and it'll work. I myself had to opt out of glua pack. Cant opt back in for some reason.

Yes but now it takes years for me to load into server

Yeah when you're done with the demo make sure to opt back in
I've also tried, but it will not work. Have tried most steps, brace yourself for long load-in times.

If you added +tv_nochat, and cleared the LUA cache folder it might be because it's the first time joining again after opting back in. But I'm not too sure.
This is not a guarantee. I've done this aswell, did not solve my issue

Worth a try to do what's below.
1. Open your console, and enter the text
tv_nochat
2. Open your console and enter the text
host_writeconfig
3. Restart Garry's Mod
