Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello thanks for reading this in advance So im making this appeal because im sorry for running someone over and driving not on the road if im given a second chance Im going to drive on the road's and i'll try to not hit anybody to my best ability eve if there on the road i'll try to abide to the road laws and again im sorry for breaking the rules i'll follow them to my best ability Thanks for reading this
