Suggestion Title: Motorcycles in V6
Suggestion Description: (DISCLAIMER: This would be best to add after V6 since as of now, motorcycles wouldn't work well with V5 Paralake)

This would add motorcycles purchasable from the Car Dealership.
The motorcycles themselves should be not as expensive as a regular car, however the motorcycle and the rider would be more vulnerable to car crashes.
(Meaning that crashes can be pretty expensive for the rider since it would be easier to tier it than a normal car.)
Another thing with motorcycles is that if someone riding a motorcycle rams...

Suggestion Description: we have so many cars but no bikes very boring

- more rp, makes the game fun again

more police chase maybe as its easier to get away i suppose
