Suggestion Topic: 3.4 Putting your Life at Risk
Suggestion Description: I believe this would the category, but basically I got confirmed today that it is infact not allowed to stay in your property that is warranted knowingly. This is something that the server honestly have huge issues with cause I see almost everybody doing this, and honestly at this point it just becomes a nuisance of a rule.

The suggestion is to honestly remove the fact that it's not allowed, and I'm aware it's probably not gonna be popular but Imma give it a go anyway. It's one of these "Nobody follows it so let's just remove it" situation, and although you shouldn't make it a habbit of letting people win, this rule is kinda silly. I'm not gonna deny I myself have been silly to report it quite a few times myself, but over time coming to realise it's honestly not that harmful of a thing but Imma obv put the pros and cons that comes to MY mind below.

Why should this be removed?:
- It honestly just makes it easier for cops to catch the warranted suspect.
- It gives people something to do, all-be it is not much roleplay but just shooting it's still something, yeah sure if you don't wanna sit and just hide then don't do crime but at the same time, kinda most of what there is on the server.

I'm sure there's more but I can't put my head on that rn, might add more if I remember any others.

Also although I barely actually see this rule enforced as it is. Even when reported.

What negatives could this have?:
- People will knowingly set up even more flankers for when cops evidently comes to raid
- It's gonna piss people off particularily cops cause they'll make it extra hard to raid the property, but honestly Something vs Empty building and waste of time?
- People will find any reason to "Accidentally" be seen in a window in fx Tidals, and then run into their apartment to constantly have a reason to shoot cops over and over again.

I'm sure there's more but I can't put my head on that rn, might add more if I remember any others.

I'm confused, this is already a thing but this reads more like a administrative issue where this rule is not enforced as often as expected.

I still see this being enforced actually and it's true that knowingly staying in a property and even re-planting your drugs is 3.4 and risking your life or freedom for basically something that will happen again.

I guess it could be included as an example that this is not allowed and just mention it in the rules if that's what you want?

Yeah this is already a thing, used to be enforced fairly heavily but cannot talk for how it is now

Pretty sure he is asking for it to actually be allowed

I see your points made (I like PVP), and personally never really cared about people willingly sitting in warranted bases beyond needing to enforce it as a staff member, but I doubt the big dawgs gonna let this fly. Entirely goes against the definition and intended purpose of 3.4 and would likely open up reasoning for other exceptions that likely shouldn't exist either. You'll either immediately get diff'd or just be wiping PD over and over and over and over again all day on repeat until eventually they kill you 100 respawn cycles later. Meanwhile the PLPD spent the whole day ignoring the rest of the city trying to breach Large Subs 3 a.k.a Mordor because one dude made a phone call 9 hours prior that they were gonna do sus shit to the Mayor and they're protecting drugs on the property.
