Suggestion Title: Tinted Windows for Vehicles
Suggestion Description: - everyone on the server wanted this i just typed it in help chat and everyone told me to suggest it as fast as i can

Why should this be added?:
- Criminal use if you wanna move a wanted criminal from point A to B without being ID'd by the cops of his appearance
- Can be used to smuggle Guns without being stopped by police officers
- Police officers can Fine the owner of the car if he got caught smuggling or having a gun on his back while his car is tinted
- when you wreck the car you have to pay 25k to restore the tint because its gonna be gone when you destroy your car
- can be giving a new NPC like the dealer somewhere hidden to be found for new players to seek for it and find it to tint there windows or it can be next to the casino ( optional)

What negatives could this have?:
- theres Nothing negative if we apply rules for it
- the only negative things is if the tint is way too dark some people can ignore RP and just act like theres no one in the car in this case we can add tinted windows that shows a person in the car but we cant clearly see him

What problem would this suggestion solve?: - for wanted players or they just fleed from a criminal act cannot be known if its them in the car or if someone is with them
- can also help raiders if they dont want the enemy to know how many of them are in a car or roaming around the base before raiding giving them a little advantage in big raids

Incredible idea. And I am willing to pay Big Money to get tinted Windows because getting pulled over all the time for having weapons on your back is Hella annoying.

It is worth pointing out that windshield tinting is proibited in most states in the USA (partial window tinting (upper part of the windshield only) and frontside / rearside is allowed to varying legal limits, however.)

I don't know where paralake is set, but it seems to be built on the model of a metropolitan city in a first world country, where cars with excessively tinted windows or illegally tinted windshields would be against the law.

Obviously the danger of excessively tinted glass (limited visibility leading to an increase in accidents,) is completely negated by the third person camera, but it would be quite unrealistic to allow them.

This would be the main use, but would it be overpowered / really boring? Maybe.

Any police force would simply prohibit the use of such windows at all, giving them a reasonable reason to stop any car with excessively tinted windows.

Increasing the repair costs of cars based on upgrades is a pretty decent idea, though it may just be seen as annoying.

There is no reason why police would only stop tinted windowed cars in mugging areas, if they have a lawful reason to stop a car they would stop it anywhere. Also easily abuseable by just not entering those areas.

Any rules would be exploited, either the tinted windows would be illegal or legal, there are no reasonable rules that could be created to moderate the use of this feature.

This is a BIG negative. Even if you couldn't see the players in the car, unless you had a lawful reason to search the vehicle (which a standard traffic stop would not allow,) being in a car with tinted windows would offer completely immunity from police.

Personally, mixed opinions. I think the following should count:
Only available for low speed vehicles
Still slightly visible medium to low distance
