Why should this player be punished?: I had trusted this player with trunk space and added him to my organization. I had befriended him and went on a raid with him, I attempted to help him out as he proclaims he hasn't been on the server for a long-time, then I eventually noticed that he stole from my trunk and disconnected instantly. What happened was that we all agreed to go on a raid together after a while of hanging out together and just partaking in a raid together. I then notice him and his friend start to laugh together while I'm inside of storage. We talk for brief moment and then they say that they were hopping off then spontaneously disconnect, I start to get extremely suspicious, as we had just agreed to go on another raid together. I felt there was something off about the way they were acting I then noticed that he had stolen from my trunk, I checked my footage then noticed that an item was missing and that he instantly disconnected from the server right afterwards to avoid being confronted. I made an F6 and the logs had confirmed that he left instantly after stealing from my car.

You claim you made an F6 in game, and that they disconnected instantly after doing so. However from logs I am seeing a different story. Mind elaborating?

They disconnected about 10 minutes after taking a car bomb.

What rules do you accuse them of breaking here?

I believe they broke 2.1 and 3.20. As he had stolen from me and left afterwards to avoid being confronted so he could keep my item, had he still been in the server he could have been confronted and been made to give the stolen item back. But I believe he left the server to avoid confrontation effectively so he could get away with stealing it, as we had previously planned to raid again. But instead he stole from me and left the server.

3.20 wouldn’t come into play here as they disconnected 10 minutes after committing the (supposed) theft. It is entirely possible they just forgot as they didn’t even store it in their storage before leaving.

As far as 2.1 goes that wouldn’t really apply here.

I’ll try to find out what their purpose behind this was before closing this, but so far I don’t see any rule breaks just off logs.

They’re inactive on forums so I’ll add them on steam for an explanation as to why they took the item and got off (pretty much within a couple seconds, of the 10 minute period)
