Why should this player be punished?: My vehicle gets stolen
I later find it torn at bank
I don't think the user was being chased by police, so reckless driving to the point of two people being unconscious wouldnt be justified
Later I try to get him to surrender to see if he had a crowbar with matching paint
He then, under gunpoint, decided to flee and run away, which resulted in his death
Then, after getting him revived, he flees gunpoint once more while I tried to get him out and force an extraction
